As a run coach, you'll receive a customized running program providing you with a daily, weekly, and monthly periodization running schedule to take you from day one of training up to race day. This is a great way to stay focused and keep you on target to optimize training for your chosen event. Programs available from novice to experienced athletes.

RUN COACHING INCLUDES

  • Regular fitness testing on track, if available
  • Periodized training cycles that include base, build, peak, and taper
  • Weekly detailed training breakdown with specific instruction
  • Advice on technique, strategy, and nutrition
  • Strategies to improve form, speed, power, and endurance
  • Regular access to Trainer Todd via email or phone.
