I provide customized programs that will help you achieve your fitness goals through safe, efficient, and enjoyable lifestyle changes. We will implements these changes by incorporating a variety of training styles such as cardio, resistance, flexibility, kettlebell, boxing, medball, functional and body weight training movements.


One on one sessions: These programs provide individualized attention to maximize your time in the gym.

2 person sessions: These programs provide a group dynamic with individualized attention at a discounted rate.

Small group training: These programs provide less individualized attention, but are easier on the pocket book. Off-site training available depending on schedule.

Weekly online fitness plan: Personalized and tailored to your current fitness level, goals, careers, lifestyle and addressing any obstacles you may have. Regular access to Trainer Todd via email or phone.
